Do you remember the Democrat shutdown of Wisconsin in 2020?
Remember when churches, schools and businesses were closed? Not all businesses, just the ones that Democrats believed were non-essential.
Whose paycheck was non-essential?
Do you remember when Tony Evers told Wisconsin citizens to stop seeing their family members and friends? Do you remember the postponement of birthday parties, weddings and funerals? Do you remember when families were prohibited from visiting loved ones in hospitals, hospices and nursing homes?
Do you remember being barraged with every positive test, hospitalization and death as announced in the daily doomsday dispatches?
Do you remember when people were told not to travel and if they did, they would have to provide proof that they had received an experimental poisonous shot?
Do you remember when people were told they must submit to a dangerous medical treatment or they would lose their jobs?
Do you remember May 13, 2020? That’s the day that the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled to open up the state of Wisconsin and allow citizens to live their lives. Justice Dan Kelly was on the court and he struck down Democrat Tony Evers’ illegal stay at home orders.
Of course you remember.
April 4, 2023 is a critical election with destructive and disastrous repercussions if leftist activist #NoJailJanet is elected to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
What’s at stake? EVERYTHING.
A liberal majority with no respect for the rule of law could use the Court to undo laws we hold dear in Wisconsin.
The following could be undone with the stroke of a Justice’s pen:
The Second Amendment
Castle Doctrine – your ability to protect yourself and your family in your own home – GONE
Conceal Carry protections – your ability to protect yourself and your family – GONE
Election Integrity
The requirement to show an ID at the polling place – GONE
Unmanned drop boxes would be permitted again
Any hope for future election reform – GONE
Democrats will draw legislative maps to heavily favor Democrat candidates and undo the Republican Majority in the Legislature and the House
Taxpayer Protections
Act 10, which saved taxpayers billions of dollars – GONE
Property taxes will be out of control
Prevailing wage again becomes law costing taxpayers significantly
Work requirements for welfare – GONE
Government Intrusion
The government will use public health emergencies to shut down businesses, schools and churches and the Court will permit it
Act 21 regulatory reform which ended state bureaucrats from creating laws without any oversight – GONE
The REINS Act, which gives the Legislature power to stop extremely costly regulations – GONE
Parental Rights
The rights of parents to participate in their child’s education – GONE
School choice expansions – GONE
The rights of parents to know about any indication of their child’s struggles with issues of sexual/gender identity issues – GONE
Protecting the Unborn
Protection for the unborn from no-limit abortions – GONE
Supreme Court’s decision that the Constitution of the United States does not confer a right to abortion – GONE
Voting for Dan Kelly will protect our way of life in Wisconsin. It is simply not enough for YOU to just vote. You must inform, encourage and provoke as many of your fellow citizens to vote on April 4 to save Wisconsin.
