ANTIGO, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – The Langlade County Sheriff’s Office is looking for an inmate who did not return from Huber work release on Friday, March 17.
Carlos A. Roche, 45, who is serving a revoked sentence for bail jumping, left the jail that afternoon but did not return after completing his workday, according to a news release from the sheriff.
He is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 210 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair, according to the sheriff. On the right side of his neck, he has a tattoo.
