Jordan Love’s tenure as starting quarterback has officially begun. According to reports, Love plans to do something that Aaron Rodgers hasn’t done in recent years: work with his skill players during the offseason.
According to Steve Calhoun of The Armed and Dangerous Football Camps, Love will be working on timing and chemistry with young Packers stars Aaron Jones, Romeo Doubs, and Christian Watson in California. At this time, there is no word on whether other teammates will join them.

“Us guys in the locker room, we know we control what we can control,” Jones said in an interview with NFL.com. “Just focus on yourself, get the offseason started and going, and control what you can control. If he’s (Rodgers) here, great, we love it. If he’s not, we’ll be sad. We’d lose one of our leaders, one of our great locker room guys. It’s hard to replace somebody like that. But I think if that was to happen, Jordan is definitely ready.”
League scouts and analysts are divided on how good Jordan Love will be, if at all, but rallying his teammates and developing chemistry early in his career is a good start.
