WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) – The recipients of the 2023 Small Business of the Year Awards were announced last Thursday at an event at the Hilton Garden Inn in Rib Mountain by the Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce.
The Small Business of the Year Award, which is part of the Chamber’s annual Business Month, honors business growth, community involvement, and creative activities in the Wausau region.
Patriot Auto Repair in the Business-to-Consumer category and the Never Forgotten Honor Flight in the Charitable Non-Profit category received the 2023 Small Business of the Year Awards.

Last year’s award winners were Lamb’s Fresh Market in the Business-to-Consumer category and the Wisconsin Automotive & Truck Education Association (WATEA) in the Charitable Non-Profit category.
