MADISON, WI (WSAU) – The Wisconsin Badgers are continuing to add their 2024 recruiting class.
Coach Luke Fickell announced over the weekend that the team had landed commitments from three-star safety Raphael Dunn and three-star offensive tackle Colin Cubberly.
Cubberly, a 6’6″, 300-pound tackle from New York, is the newest member of the Badgers. He selected Wisconsin over Pittsburgh and Rutgers, the only two colleges to which he had scheduled official visits this offseason.
By choosing Wisconsin over Pittsburgh, Cubberly will join other in-state offensive linemen Kevin Heywood, Ryan Cory, and Derek Jensen in the 2024 class as the Badgers’ offensive linemen.

The Badgers have responded strongly in the current cycle after getting only one offensive lineman to commit in the 2023 class in four-star James Durand, and they might not be through just yet.
Ronan O’Connell, a three-star recruit who is presently expected to sign with Tennessee, visited Wisconsin this past weekend but is still on the Badgers’ radar.
Meanwhile, Dunn passed on Kentucky, Vanderbilt, and Illinois, the other three schools to which he had scheduled official visits this offseason, in favor of Wisconsin.
The Badgers have a secondary that is flexible thanks to Dunn’s 6’4″, 200-pound size because they like to use three-safety sets.
Dunn joins three-star Kahmir Prescott as the second safety for the Badgers in the class, although Wisconsin still has several guys available who are slated for official visits.
Wisconsin has now received six verbal commitments for the program in June, bringing its total to 14 for the class of 2024.
