RHINELANDER, WI (WSAU) — Work on Highway 17 near Rhinelander is going to impact Hodag traffic this weekend.
Those coming from the southeast on Highway 8 who would normally take Highway 17 around the city will instead have to go through Rhinelander via Oneida Street and Stevens Street.
The state Department of Transportation has installed traffic signs alerting drivers to the detours outside of Rhinelander.
Hodag Country Music Festival begins with Pavillion entertainment on Thursday afternoon. Mainstage acts begin with Jordan Blanchard at 5 PM, Brett Westgrove at 5:45 PM, Neil McCoy at 7 PM, and Tyler Hubbard at 9:00.
