WAUSAU, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – The Wausau East Principal will step down shortly before the start of the 2023-2024 school year.
According to a press release, Deb Foster will instead take up another administrative role.
In addition, Amanda Patterson and Jenny Seymour, principals of John Marshall and Wausau Area Virtual Education (WAVE), have resigned. Interim principals are currently in place at those schools.
Wausau East will begin the process of finding an interim principal and the Wausau School District’s first day of school is August 29.
