GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Green Bay Packers are in the process of setting up their 2023 practice squad after cutting their roster down to 53 players on Tuesday.
Here are the players who have been signed to the practice squad by position according to Packers Insider Zach Krause:
QB: Alex McGough
RB: Patrick Taylor
WR: Grant DuBose, Bo Melton
TE: Austin Allen, Henry Pearson (FB)
OT: Kadeem Telfort, James Empey
DL: Chris Slayton
LB: Keshawn Banks, Arron Mosby, Kenneth Odumegwu (IPP)
CB: Kiondre Thomas, Innis Gaines, Corey Ballentine
S: Benny Sapp
ST:
The Packers also announced that they’ve claimed tight end Ben Sims and safety Zayne Anderson off of waivers and are releasing LB Tariq Carpenter. Both players will be added to the team’s 53-man roster.
