GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — Wisconsin DHS Secretary Designee Andrea Palm says the Green Bay Packers should not allow fans into Lambeau Field this season.
“As a general matter, we are not encouraging mass gatherings,” Palm told reporters Thursday. “A stadium event, generally speaking, is a mass gathering.”
Palm said it’s difficult to maintain social distancing, mask wearing, and hygiene in a stadium setting.
The Packers have already announced that fans won’t be allowed at their first two home games this year.
