LAS VEGAS, NV (WSAU) –The Indiana Pacers pulled off an upset to earn a spot in the NBA In-Season Tournament Final.
Indy knocked off the top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks 128-119 Thursday night at T-Mobile Arena.
Wisconsin native Tyrese Haliburton led the team with 27 points and dished-out a game-high 15 assists for a double-double. Myles Turner tallied a double-double of his own after rattling-home 26 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led all scorers with 37 points and hauled-in 10 rebounds for the Bucks. Damian Lillard netted 24 points and led Milwaukee with a team-high seven assists.
The Bucks were eliminated after suffering their first loss of the tournament. They return to action on Monday vs Chicago at Fiserv Forum.
Second-seeded Indianapolis will play the Los Angeles Lakers in the championship game on Saturday.
