CLEVELAND, OH (WSAU) — A double-double from Giannis Antetokounmpo helped the Milwaukee Bucks to a 119-111 victory over Cleveland on Friday.
The Greek Freak dropped 34 points and picked up 16 rebounds while adding five assists and one steal. Damian Lillard added 31 points and four assists.
Malik Beasley added 15 points. Khris Middleton chipped in 13. Brook Lopez just missed a double-double with nine points and ten rebounds, he was the only starter that didn’t score in double figures.
Bobby Portis added nine points off the bench.
Milwaukee shot just over 50% from the field (41-80) including 12-29 (41%) from three-point range.
Donovan Mitchell led the Cavaliers with 34 points in the loss.
Milwaukee (24-8) returns home to take on Indiana on Monday, their first game at Fiserv Forum since December 21st.
