Wausau, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks had a huge 4th quarter earning them a 129-118 victory over the Gold State Warriors Saturday night.
The Warriors were down Stephen Curry along with Draymond Green. Coach Steve Kerr said he could return from suspension this week in either Memphis or Utah as the Warriors finish their four-game trip.
Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 33 points, while Damian Lillard contributed 27 points. Khris Middleton added 24 to the scoreboard, including 13 in the 4th, and also had 10 assists. The Bucks sank 19 of 27 shots in the final period, outscoring the Warriors to 46-37.
Milwaukee’s rookie guard, Andrew Jackson Jr. had his first pro double-double with 10 points, and 10 rebounds in 28 minutes as he hustled plays all over the court.
The Bucks were 6 of 9 from 3-point range in the 1st quarter on the way to a 33-24 lead. The Warriors rebounded for a 56-54 advantage at halftime, but Middleton and Antetokunmpo went to work in the 4th, getting the win.
The Milwaukee Bucks host the Sacramento Kings at home in Milwaukee tonight at 6 P.M.
