KENOSHA, WI (WTAQ) — Kenosha Police say they’re arrested a number of out-of-state residents they believe were preparing to create more violence in the city.
Nine people were arrested on disorderly conduct charges on Wednesday after police saw them filling up fuel cans at multiple gas stations and driving around in a van filled with helmets, gas masks, protective vests, illegal fireworks, and suspected controlled substances.
Appleton police have also expressed a belief that people responsible for Monday night disturbances there were also from outside of the area.
