MADISON, WI (WSAU) — The Wisconsin mens basketball team finished their home schedule with a 78-66 win over Rutgers on Thursday night at the Kohl Center.
AJ Storr led the Badgers with 19 points. John Blackwell and Steven Crowl had 17 each and Kamari McGee returned from inkury to add 11 points off the bench.
The Badgers, now 19-11, 11-8 in Big Ten, finish the regular season at Purdue on Sunday.
The Wisconsin womens basketball season came to an end with an 80-56 loss to Penn State at the Big Ten Tournament in Minneapolis.
Serah Williams recorded her 16th straight double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Ronnie Porter led the Badgers with 15 points.
Wisconsin concludes the season at 13-16, 6-13 in Big Ten.
The Wisconsin mens hockey team begins Big Ten Tournament play with Ohio State tonight at the Kohl Center. Its the first of a best-of-three games.
