GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – One of the Packers’ top veteran free agents will not be returning to Green Bay this upcoming season.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapop0rt, safety Darnell Savage is heading to the Jacksonville Jaguars on a three-deal officially ending his time with the Packers. The
Savage has spent the last six seasons with Green Bay after being a 2019 first-round selection by the Packers. In 2023, he played in 10 total games and only broke up one pass in the regular season. However, he did return an interception for a touchdown in the Packers’ playoff victory in Dallas.
