GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Green Bay Packers are hosting projected 1st-round pick Oklahoma offensive tackle Tyler Guyton for an official Top 30 visit this week.
According to Packers insider, Guyton will be the second offensive lineman to be formally invited by the Packers to work for the team in Green Bay following Michigan’s Zak Zinter visit back in March, but they have met with other notable linemen, including Duke’s Graham Barton, BYU’s Kingsley Suamataia, Oregon State’s Talise Fuaga, Wisconsin’s Tanor Bortolini, and Pittsburgh’s Matthew Goncalves.

Guyton, who stands at 6’7, 328 pounds, participated in 10 games as a senior in 2023, logging 662 snaps for the Sooners. Playing right tackle, he gave up 3 QB hits, 9 QB hurries, and 0 sacks.
Scouts at NFL Draft Buzz note that Guyton “displays superior athleticism for his size, with nimble footwork that allows for effective engagement and maneuverability against defenders,” and is “capable of precise and disciplined pass protection, managing depth and alignment to effectively neutralize pass rush threats.” However, Guyton can struggle due to “his tall stature sometimes complicating his ability to achieve optimal pad level, particularly against lower and quicker defensive linemen.”
