MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) – The Milwaukee Brewers will be without one of their top relief pitchers over the next week after he suffered a concussion.
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Curt Hogg, Trevor Megill came down with food poisoning while in New York City, and when he returned to Milwaukee, he was taken to an area hospital after he passed out in a phone store and hit his head.
Megill will be replaced by former top prospect JB Bukauskas, who was sent down to Triple-A Nashville at the end of spring training.
