TOMAHAWK, WI (WSAU) – Representative Calvin Callahan, a Republican, has declared his intention to run for reelection in the Wisconsin State Assembly.
All of Lincoln and Langlade counties, as well as portions of Marathon, Oneida, Oconto, and Shawano counties, are included in the 35th Assembly District, and in a press release Callahan’s team says keeping Wisconsin financially on track is his main priority, “Calvin will continue to demand fiscal responsibility and fight for our vision. Cut taxes, stand up for our sporting heritage, fight for our fair share of funding, and fight for our Northwoods values.”
Callahan is currently the Committee on Consumer Protection’s chair and also serves as vice-chair of the committees on insurance and forestry, parks, and outdoor recreation.
