SCHOFIELD, WI (WSAU) — A Central Wisconsin HVAC company is adding a manufacturing and distribution campus in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Greenheck Group announced the plans in a press release on Tuesday. Construction on the new campus is expected to be completed in stages, with the $300 million facility coming online during the summer of 2026.
“Our investment in this new campus supports our unwavering commitment to our customers, our team members, and the communities in which we are blessed to be part of,” said CEO Rich Totzke. “The Knoxville campus is an extension of our broad and ongoing investments in our people, plants, and operations.”
Knoxville was chosen based on its proximity to Greenheck’s other eastern United States centers in Kentucky and North Carolina. Officials add that it will allow the company to increase manufacturing capacity.
It will be their first facility in the Volunteer State.
Greenheck also has facilities in California, Florida, Texas, and international locations in India and Mexico.
