WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) – State of Affairs episode sixteen is now available, featuring Waukesha County Republican County Chair Terry Dittrich joining the program to discuss his campaign to be the next National Committeeman for Wisconsin and what he thinks needs to change for the party to end their string of close defeats.
While talking about what sets him apart from others running for the position by highlighting his experience and success saying, “I think the first thing that’s pretty obvious is I’ve been a chair and I’m a grinder like the other chairman across the state so I actually have to put a budget together and go around 12 months a year working to win an in spring elections, fall elections, and recruiting, knocking doors and managing a very large county like Waukesha where there are 170,000 voters in an election cycle so it’s a big county with a lot of responsibilities and I think bringing that kind of big chair/big volume chairmanship skills to the table while also understanding the small to mid-size county needs is a unique skill I bring.”
