Crypto firm Terraform Labs agrees to pay $4.47 billion to resolve dispute with SEC

(Reuters) – Crypto firm Terraform Labs has agreed to pay $4.47 billion to resolve a lawsuit filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the regulator said on Wednesday.
