MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers dropped a 7-4 12 inning decision to the St. Louis Cardinals on Tuesday night at American Family Field.
The Cardinals took 4-3 lead with a run in the 11th but Milwaukee tied it on a Willy Adames double in their half of the inning.
The Cardinals then broke through for three runs off Elvis Peguero in the 12th for the win.
Joey Ortiz and Jackson Chourio had home runs for Milwaukee.
The Brewers remain 10 games up on the Cubs in the Central Division standings and will face the Cardinals again tonight…pre game show at 6:05 on WSAU.
