GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Packers got good news on the injury front on Wednesday as quarterback Jordan Love returned to practice for the first time since spraining his MCL against Philadelphia.
According to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky, Love is wearing a sleeve to protect his leg as he went through stretch drills and could be seen practicing moving around in the pocket and throwing passes without any noticeable limp.
Love’s return to practice indicates that there is at least a chance he will play in Week 3, but if he is unable to be cleared by medical staff, Malik Willis is expected to get his second-straight start on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.
