MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) – The Milwaukee Bucks will soon be getting some much-needed scoring help as one of their top scorers is set to return to the court this week.
According to ESPN’s Bobby Marks, veteran forward Khris Middleton will play in his first game of the 2024–25 Milwaukee Bucks season on Friday against the Boston Celtics.
Following arthroscopic surgery on both of his ankles, Middleton has spent the first six weeks of the season ramping up his practice routine to the point where he could comfortably participate in 5 vs. 5 without any setbacks.
Middleton averaged 15.1 points and 5.3 assists last season and will be joining a Bucks team that’s currently the 5th seed in the Eastern Conference and 7.5 games back of the top overall Cleveland Cavaliers.
