Wausau Cyclones
WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) – The Fraser Cup Division Semifinal playoff series begins this weekend, and Wausau Cyclone fans will have two opportunities to see their team compete.
According to a Facebook post from the team, the first 500 fans to attend Friday night’s matchup against the Rochester Grizzlies will receive a rally towel for the Clones playoffs. Fans are also encouraged to enter a ticket giveaway by liking or sharing a post from Wednesday night where a lucky winner will receive four free tickets and a free hotel stay at Lake of the Torches.
The Cyclones finished the regular season 33-11-2-1, and the playoff series against the Grizzlies will be best of two. If needed, game three will be played on Sunday at 6:10.
Doors will open on Friday at 6:10 p.m. with puck drop scheduled for 7:10 and at 7:05 on Saturday night. Tickets are sale now with a limited amount still available.
If the Cyclones can get by the Grizzlies, they will either face the West Bend Power or Wisconsin Woodsmen next weekend.
