Tom Tiffany
Congressman Tom Tiffany joined me this morning on the Meg Ellefson Show to discuss the Allman Brothers (Dickey Betts is his fave!), the achievements of the Big Beautiful Bill, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers’ announcement that he won’t be running for re-election and America’s withdrawal from the World Health Organization.
Despite my best efforts, Congressman Tiffany did not definitively confirm whether he would be running for Governor of Wisconsin. (He’ll tell us after Labor Day.)
Personally, I think he is going to run and let me be the first to pre-emptively endorse him!
Anyone that knows anything about Wisconsin knows that Tommy Thompson was a beloved governor here.
Is it purely coincidence that Tom Tiffany has the same initials?
For Tom Tiffany, it’s much more than alliteration, he’s got the distinct temperament, impeccable credentials and a record of winning – proven electability!
Tom Tiffany IS Wisconsin – he grew up on a dairy farm, graduated from UW-River Falls and became a successful small business owner. (Ask him about being a “dam man!”)
Tom’s public service started at the local level when he became a town supervisor in his community, then served in the Wisconsin State Assembly and State Senate.
He survived Act 10! And he’s doing an impressive job surviving the swamp in Washington, DC representing the constituents of the 7th CD.
What impresses me most about Tom is that he is genuine, common sense, hardworking Wisconsin through and through.
Governor TT has a certain winning ring to it.
