Dustin Stinson
WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — Bond has been set at $1 million for the man accused of killing 31-year-old Jacob Socha during an argument in September.
Dustin Stinson appeared in court on Thursday, where he waived a reading of the criminal complaint. A judge then set the cash bond.
Stinson is accused of shooting Socha on September 14th at a home in the Lazy Acres mobile home park near the business campus. Officers immediately named the 34-year-old as a person of interest and took him into custody a few hours later.
Socha died a few days later. Officers didn’t formally announce charges against Stinson until early October.
