LOS ANGELES, CA (WSAU) — It took 18 innings but the LA Dodgers won Game 3 of the World Series 6-5 on Monday night at Dodger Stadium.
Freddie Freeman’s solo homer in the 18th won it for LA.
Shohei Ohtani was 4-4 with five walks and two homers. He tied the major league record for most times on base in a single game with nine.
Will Klein picked up the win with four scoreless innings of relief.
Alejandro Kirk led Toronto with a homer and three RBIs.
The Dodgers lead the series two games to one. Game four is tonight, also in Los Angeles.
