STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) — The city of Stevens Point is once again waiving bus fares on Fridays to encourage downtown shopping.
All Central Transportation fixed routes will be free starting Friday, November 21st, through Friday, December 26th. Residents will be able to take the bus free of charge anywhere in the city for shopping, work, or to run errands.
Routes typically cost $1.50 for adults or 75 cents for a reduced fare.
