WASHINGTON DC (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks blew a 16 point third quarter lead and lost to the Washington Wizards 129-126 on Monday night in DC.
For the Wizards it was just their 3rd win of the season. The Bucks have lost eight of their last nine and fall to 9-13.
Kevin Porter Jr led the Bucks with 30 points and five assists. Giannis had 26 points, seven rebounds and four assists before fouling out. Ryan Rollins and Gary Trent Jr had 14 apiece and AJ Green added 13 with five rebounds and five assists.
The Wizards had six players in double figures led by CJ McCollum with 28. Former Buck Khris Middleton had 15 points, four rebounds and six assists and made several key plays down the stretch.
Milwaukee will host Detroit at Fiserv Forum on Wednesday night
