Milwaukee Bucks
MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Boston Celtics came into Fiserv Forum Thursday night as one of the hottest teams in the NBA. They had won five straight and 10 of their last 12. But on this night, despite falling behind 21-8 in the early going, it was the Milwaukee Bucks who prevailed with a 116-101 win.
The Bucks shot over 66% in the 3rd quarter as they outscored the Celtics 27-13 to pull ahead.
The Bucks were once again without Giannis who is out with a calf strain.
Kyle Kuzma led Milwaukee with 31 points and six rebounds. Kevin Porter Jr finished with a triple-double of 18 points, 13 assists and 10 rebounds. Gary Harris had 27 and 10 boards.
The Bucks improve to 11-15 and will play at Brooklyn on Sunday night.
