SPARTA, WI (WSAU) — The Wisconsin State Patrol has apprehended a man who fled from a traffic stop Tuesday morning.
According to a news release, the suspect was pulled over along Interstate 90 near Fort McCoy at about 11 AM for an unspecified violation. The man fled on foot as officers were trying to make contact with him.
A be on the lookout was issued late Tuesday afternoon. He was in custody by 8:30 Wednesday morning. An investigation into possible charges remains active.
