MARYVALE, AZ (WSAU) — The Kansas City Royals topped the Milwaukee Brewers 3-1 on Sunday at spring training.
Chad Patrick and Trevor Megill made their spring debuts. Patrick gave up a run on two hits and two walks over two innings. Megill threw 13 pitches in his one inning and ended it with a pickoff at first base.
Akil Badoo drove in the Milwaukee run.
The Brewers are off today and tomorrow. They will face the Cubs on Wednesday.
