Milwaukee Bucks
MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — Milwaukee fans welcomed the return of Giannis Antetokounmpo on Monday night but then watched as the Boston Celtics dominated the Bucks in a 108-81 win at Fiserv Forum.
Giannis was playing for the first time since straining a calf muscle on January 23rd. He played just under 26 minutes and scored 19 points with 11 rebounds. Ousmane Deing had 13 and Bobby Portis & Cam Thomas added 12 each.
The Bucks went off to a 7-0 run to start the game but it was all Celtics after that. Boston had 17 offensive rebounds and the Bucks turned the ball over 15 times. Boston took 22 more shots in the game.
Stevens Point native Sam Hauser had 14 for the Celtics.
The Bucks, now 26-34, will play the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday.
