MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks split a pair of weekend games as they beat the Utah Jazz 113-99 on Saturday and lost to the Orlando Magic 130-91 on Sunday in Milwaukee.
Saturday Giannis logged 27 points, nine rebounds and eight assists in the victory. Kyle Kuzma had 18 and Ryan Rollins had 13 with 11 rebounds and eight assists. Ousmane Dieng also came up just short of a triple-double with 11 points , eight rebounds and nine assists.
Sunday it was a different story as Orlando sprinted out to a 22 point halftime lead, holding Milwaukee to just 15 points in the first quarter. The Bucks only managed 15 points in the third quarter as well.
Giannis sat out the game and Bobby Portis led the Bucks with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Cam Thomas had 17 and Rollins added 15.
The Bucks are now 27-36 and will host the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday
