Magnitude 5.9 earthquake strikes Otobe region in Japan, USGS says

March 9 (Reuters) – A ​magnitude ‌5.9 earthquake struck ‌Otobe, ​Japan, ⁠on ⁠Tuesday, the United ​States ⁠Geological ⁠Survey (USGS) said.

USGS ​said ​the earthquake was ‌at ⁠a depth of 21 ⁠km (13 ‌miles).
