Travis Ingram
MADISON, WI (WSAU-WAOW) — A Mosinee man has been sentenced to just over four years in prison for distributing cocaine and other drug-related charges.
WAOW TV reports that Travis L. Ingram was sentenced to 52 months in federal prison for distributing cocaine, maintaining a drug trafficking premises, and money laundering. U.S. District Judge William M. Conley delivered the sentence on March 12, 2026, following Ingram’s guilty plea in December 2025, according to Chadwick M. Elgersma, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin.
During a two-year investigation, police informants repeatedly purchased cocaine from the 38-year-old. Authorities seized over a pound of cocaine and evidence of drug dealing from his home.
Ingram also laundered over $1 million through bank accounts and casinos over six years. Judge Conley remarked on Ingram’s continued drug trafficking despite prior convictions, finding it disturbing that these activities occurred in front of minors.
The FBI’s Central Wisconsin Narcotics Task Force led the investigation with multiple law enforcement agencies. Assistant U.S. Attorney Steven P. Anderson prosecuted the case.
Three people were initially charged in the case. Shelby Ingram has a state jury trial scheduled for May 7th and 8th on drug charges. Markqui White pleaded guilty to federal drug charges in December. He is still awaiting sentencing.
Ingram’s prosecution is part of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Operation Take Back America, which aims to eliminate cartels and transnational criminal organizations while safeguarding communities from violent crime.
