WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — Wausau Mayor Doug Diny joined us for this week’s Mayors Monday, focusing on the new City Council’s discussion on committee formats.
Diny says he feels good progress was made through the discussion, even if the council failed to trim the committee roster from six to four as he had proposed.
Diny says you can expect more joint committee meetings or discussions held in a “Committee of the Whole” format, something he says would improve transparency and efficiency.
