MARSHFIELD, Wis (WSAU) The Marshfield School District is starting off the New Year by going paperless for their board and committee meetings.
District Secretary Jenni Heeg says they’re doing it with a new technology called “BoardDocs.” According to Heeg, “It’s designed to saved time, money, and the environment.” The new process allows the public to review information online prior to board meetings; and then after the meetings, the public can logon to see what happened.
All documents associated with the meetings are then automatically archived and can be accessed by meeting date or with the system’s comprehensive search feature. You can access the Marshfield School District’s BoardDocs Public Access information by logging on to the school district’s website, www.marshfield.k12.wi.us, and then clicking on the “District/Board of Education” link.
