WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — A Mosinee man has reached a plea deal for his involvement in a 2016 heroin death.
Brady Lindsey, age 50 was in court on Thursday morning for his plea hearing. Lindsey was charged with four felonies relating to the heroin overdose death of Jonas Dorzok in December of 2016.

As part of his plea deal, the court dropped three of the four charges, including reckless homicide. Lindsey will now only be sentenced for the delivery of heroin.
Lindsey is a repeat offender and could face up to 3 and a half years in prison along with a $10,000 fine.
He will be back in court for sentencing on March 8th, 2019.
