MADISON, Wi (WSAU) The Wisconsin mens basketball team returns to action tonight as they travel to Virginia to face Tony Bennett’s Cavaliers as part of the Big Ten-ACC Challenge. You can hear the game on WSAU at 7pm.
The Badger mens soccer team saw their NCAA Tournament run come to an end with a 3-2 overtime loss to Akron on Saturday. Big Ten Offensive Player Of The Year Chris Mueller found Mike Catalano who scored the equalizer in the 26th minute. Mueller also assisted on Catalanos second goal of the game in the 76th minute. The Badgers gave up the game winner in the 92nd minute on a ball played in from the corner of the box.
The Wisconsin volleyball team will play in their 21st NCAA Tournament on Friday as they travel to Ames Iowa for a first round match with Marquette. The other teams there are Iowa State and Princeton.
Tickets go on sale at 8:30 this morning for the Big Ten Championship Football game. Wisconsin will play Ohio State on Saturday night at 7:15 in Indianapolis. Tickets are $85 each and limited to four per person.
