WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — The man who killed his passenger in a parking lot crash has pleaded not guilty.
Enrique Sanchez, 36, was in court on Monday morning for a preliminary hearing for three charges from an August 25th crash. At the hearing, Sanchez waived his preliminary hearing and was bound over for trial and arraignment.
Sanchez also pleaded not guilty to his three charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, homicide by use of a controlled substance, and 1st-degree recklessly endangering safety.
The charges stem from an August 25th accident where Sanchez crashed and rolled over his car, killing his passenger Danielle Dahlquist. The accident occurred on a service road between Rocky Rocco and Kohls in Rib Mountain.

Sanchez is being held on a $100,000 cash bond. His next court date has not been scheduled yet.
