MADISON, WI (WSAU) — The Wisconsin mens basketball team beat Illinois 64-58 on a night when star Ethan Happ struggled and spent the final four minutes on the bench.
Happ scored just six points on 3-7 shooting and was 0-3 from the foul line with three turnovers. Brad Davison and Khalil Iverson picked him up. Davison had 18 points and seven rebounds. Iverson added 16 points and nine boards. Brevin Pritzl had 10 rebounds to go with six points.
The Badgers, now 18-8, will play at Northwestern on Saturday.
