MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks filled the final roster spot on Thursday announcing the signing of Dragen Bender.
Bender is 7’1″ and just 21 years old. He was the 4th pick in the 2016 NBA draft by the Phoenix Suns and signed a two year deal league minimum deal with Milwaukee.
Bender is a native of Bosnia & Herzegovina and struggled in his three years with the Suns averaging just 5.3 points and 3.8 rebounds a game.
The Bucks also made the signing of guard Kyle Korver official on Thursday. It’s a one-year deal worth $2.6 million.
