WAUSAU, WI (WSAU-WAOW) A Weston teen facing charges in three different assaults reached a plea deal with prosecutors on Friday.
Colton Bradberry entered a no contest plea to charges including first degree child sexual assault and child abuse and in exchange, other charges against him were dropped including second degree sexual assault.
Charges against Bradberry were first brought forward in the winter of 2018 when he was accused of sexually assaulting a young boy at a Weston home. After posting bond in that case, he was then accused of raping a 16-year-old girl.
Bradberry spent three months in jail before posting bond for those charges in mid-June. Then on July 5th, he was accused of being one of four boys that threatened, physically abused, and then left another Wausau teen in the forest along a county road.
All told Bradberry faced 12 felony, 4 forfeiture, and 9 misdemeanor charges from ten open cases, according to online court records. He will now be sentenced for the child sexual assault and abuse charges on November 27th. The 19-year-old faces up to 77 years and three months in prison.
