MADISON, Wi (MetroSource-WSAU) A suspect is charged in the double murder case of a married couple at the UW Arboretum.
Friday, University of Wisconsin Madison Police arrested 18-year-old Khari Sanford on two counts of being a party to first degree intentional homicide.
Access Community Health and UW Family Medicine Doctor Beth Potter and her husband Robin Carre were found at the Arboretum on Tuesday where Carre died at the scene. Doctor Potter died later at the hospital.
In a tweet, Chief Kristen Roman says Sanford and the couple knew each other and that the deaths were senseless, cold-blooded and calculated.
