GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) — Running back Eddie Lacy won’t have to wait long for his Green Bay return.
As first reported by ESPN, Lacy’s new team, the Seattle Seahawks, will open their 2017 regular season by visiting Lambeau Field against the Green Bay Packers.
Green Bay and Seattle have developed a heated rivalry since the 2012 season and the infamous “Fail Mary” call that led to the Seahawks stealing a win from the Packers. Since that night, the Packers are 2-2 against Seattle, including a loss in the 2015 NFC Championship game.
