ORLANDO, FLA (WSAU) — Giannis Antetokounmpo has been suspended for one game by the NBA for his headbutt of Mo Wagner of the Washington Wizards on Tuesday night.
The Bucks star avoided missing any playoff games but will sit out when the Bucks face the Memphis Grizzlies this afternoon.
Giannis had expressed regret for his actions after the game. He said “If I could go back and turn back time to that play, I wouldn’t do it. We’re all human and we all make mistakes”.
The Bucks face the Grizzlies this afternoon…pre-game show at 2:30 on Foxsports Radio AM1390 & FM 93.9.
