LIND TOWNSHIP, WI (WSAU) – The human remains found in Waupaca County have been identified.
The Medical Examiners office says the body is that of Chad J. Anderson, a 27-year-old Waupaca County man who was reported missing in April.
A cause of death has not been announced. It’s unclear if the death involved foul play. The Milwaukee County medical examiners office, the Wisconsin State Crime Lab, and the State Department of Justice criminal division are assisting in the investigation.
The sheriff’s department was notified about the body when they received a phone call on Sunday afternoon.
