MEDFORD, WI (WSAU) – There’s been a second COVID-19 death in Taylor County.
The health department reported in a news release that the latest victim died Thursday. They had underlying health conditions. No further information is being released.
Taylor County’s first Coronavirus fatality was reported last week.
In the early stages of the pandemic, Taylor County went for months without any COVID-19 positives. Now the county has 73 cases as of August 13th.
